Got this bike rack to go on the back of my small car. It arrived promptly, was packaged well and undamaged, was easy to assemble and attach to the back hatch of the car. The straps, as noted by others, are much longer than necessary and required some creative bundling to keep out of the way (didn't want to cut them till I had more time to use it plus I want to try it on another car), was in the way of the rear window wiper but so would any rack, drove around for a while without any bikes on it and it seemed to stay in place OK but rattled alot - I think it was the attachment hooks making this noise - maybe with the weight of a bike it won't do this. I haven't had the opportunity to take any bikes on it yet so can't say how it would do but looks like it should perform well, so can't give it 5 stars yet. But overall it appears well made and a good product for the price.

I purchased this as I am just getting back into biking. It's very easy to put on and take off your car. The only issue I have with it is that the bars are so wide apart that it is difficult to fit a trek size 15 mens bike onto it. Other than that, this is a great product, especially for the price.
